Igvik Design Return Policy

1. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, fit issues, or buyer’s remorse.

2. Eligible Returns
In accordance with Meta Purchase Protection, we only accept returns for items that are broken, faulty, or not as described.

3. Reporting a Problem
If your order arrives in one of the conditions listed above, you must contact us via Facebook Messenger within 3 days of delivery. To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item showing the fault or damage.

  • A brief description of how the item differs from the listing.

4. Resolution
Once the defect is verified, we will provide instructions for the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
